We ship via USPS Priority Mail service to addresses within the 48 contiguous United States. Additional shipping and handling charges will apply to orders shipped outside the 48 contiguous United States (including Alaska, Hawaii and other U.S. Territories).
If you order by 2 p.m. Pacific Standard time, the in-stock items will be shipped on the same day (Monday through Friday). Shipping and handling charges, along with any charged freight, are non-refundable in occurrences where Tractive Technology, LLC has made no error in merchandising or shipping.

Out-of-Stock Items and Back Orders
In the event the item is out-of stock, it will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail service when stock is replenished.
The minimum amount for orders outside the 50 United States is $100.00 (U.S.). Tractive Technology, LLC will ship via DHL, UPS, FedEx or through a U.S. freight forwarder of the customer’s choosing. Additional shipping charges will apply. Title and risk of loss of the products pass to the customer upon delivery at the freight forwarder. The customer is also responsible for payment of taxes, duties, tariffs and any other charges levied by government agencies. Payments must be made in full using a credit card or bank transfer at the time of shipment.
